What's in the box

Twin & Strong Twin 1 cooling sheet + 1 cooling pillowcase
Queen – Strong King 1 cooling sheet + 2 cooling pillowcases

The Cooling Sheets & Pillowcase Set is a complete bedding set designed for people who sleep hot. The sheet and pillowcase are made from the same ice silk fabric — cool to the touch, moisture-wicking, and breathable enough to maintain a comfortable temperature through the night rather than just at the start of it. Because the pillow tends to retain heat just as much as the sheets, having both in the same material makes a noticeable difference in how consistently cool your sleep surface stays. It's a particularly good fit for anyone whose sleep quality takes a hit during warmer months, or for those who find that poor sleep affects how they feel and perform the next day.

  • Cooling sheet and pillowcase together — because solving half the problem isn't solving the problem
  • Every side of your pillow is the cold side, all night long — not just the first time you flip it
  • Ice silk surface wicks moisture before you feel it, so you stay dry and cool from the moment you lie down to the moment your alarm goes off
  • Keeps you in deeper sleep stages for longer — whether you're recovering from a hard training session or just a long day at work
  • Available in 5 sizes from Twin to King XL, in 5 colours: Deep Blue, Cool Gray, Icy Green, Soft Rose and Golden Brown

The Science Behind It

What Poor Sleep Is Doing To You

These aren't side effects of our product. They're what happens to your body every night you sleep overheated and disrupted.

Poor sleep causes

18%

Drop in muscle protein synthesis

After just one night of poor sleep — meaning yesterday's training session is partially wasted before you wake up.

Poor sleep causes

24%

Drop in testosterone

Measured after a single night of disrupted sleep. Cortisol — the muscle-destroying hormone — spikes 21% at the same time.

The zone your body needs

65–68°F

The optimal temperature range for deep REM sleep

The zone where growth hormone peaks, muscle tissue repairs, and cortisol normalizes. Most people never get there — because their bed is working against them.

Already figured this out

100+ Pro Athletes

Use temperature-controlled sleep technology as part of their recovery

Including CrossFit Games champions and Olympic gold medalists. The difference between SleepStrong and what they use is the price tag — not the outcome.

Your bed is either working for your recovery or against it.

Benefits & Features

Pulls heat away from your body
Ice silk thermal conductivity draws heat away from your skin the moment you lie down — dropping your body temperature toward the optimal 65–68°F recovery zone. More time in deep REM. More muscle repair per night.

Eliminates night sweats before they wake you
Hydrophilic fibers pull sweat away from your skin and evaporate it across the surface — so heat and moisture never build up to the point that wakes you up at 3am.

Every side of the pillow is the cold side
Micro-woven air channels distribute cooling across the entire sleep surface — not just one spot. No hot zones. No flipping the pillow at 3am looking for the cool side that isn't there anymore.

Doesn't hold onto sweat like cotton does
Cotton absorbs sweat and traps it in the fibers — which is what causes that stale smell after a few nights. Ice silk wicks moisture away from the surface instead of absorbing it, so sweat doesn't linger in the fabric. Fresher between washes without any special treatment.

Wake up without the fog
Staying in the optimal 65–68°F sleep zone all night means more time in deep REM — the stage where your body actually repairs muscle tissue. The result isn't just better sleep. It's waking up ready to train instead of dragging yourself out of bed.

How to keep it performing long term
The ice silk fibers are what make these sheets perform — and they need to be treated like the performance material they are. Hand wash preferred, or machine wash on a gentle cycle in a mesh bag with cold water. Air dry only — dryer heat permanently destroys the cooling effect. No fabric softeners or bleach. The fabric dries fast naturally. Follow the rules once and it performs every night

Care Instructions

🧼 Washing Instructions

Hand wash preferred: This prevents the smooth fabric from snagging or pilling.
Machine wash safe: Use a mesh laundry bag, a gentle/delicate cycle, and cold water (under 40°C / 104°F).
Mild detergent only: Use standard liquid detergent. Avoid fabric softeners and bleach, which coat the fibers and destroy the cooling effect.
Wash colors separately: Ice silk absorbs bleeding dyes very easily.

💨 Drying Instructions

Air dry only: Lay the item flat or hang it up in a shaded, well-ventilated area.
No machine dryers: High dryer heat melts or shrinks the synthetic microfibers, permanently removing the "ice" feel.
Fast drying: The fabric naturally releases water quickly, so air drying takes very little time.

🧺 Ironing & Storage:

Do not iron:
Ice silk is naturally wrinkle-resistant. Direct iron heat will burn or melt the fabric.
Use steam gently: If you must remove wrinkles, use a garment steamer on the lowest heat setting held a few inches away.
Fold to store: Avoid hanging heavy ice silk garments for long periods, as the stretchy knit can stretch out of shape over time.

My wife bought these and I was skeptical

Not gonna lie I thought it was a gimmick. She ordered them anyway. Now I'm the one that won't let her return them. Bed stays cool, I'm not waking up drenched, and I'm actually rested when I train in the morning. Should have stopped doubting her sooner.

Slept through my alarm for the first time in years

I run hot at night and have just accepted it as a fact of life. Tried these mostly out of curiosity. Woke up and it was my alarm that got me out of bed — not sweating, not overheating, just the alarm. Haven't had that happen in a while. Simple as that.
