Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused and in the same condition you received them
In the original packaging
Items that show signs of use or are not in their original packaging will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at team@sleepstrong.co with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Inspection & Approval
Once your return is received, we will inspect it and notify you by email whether your return has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that depending on the payment processor, card issuer, and bank, it may take some additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
